
Our leadership
Glen has more than 30 years of experience in the North American and European corporate banking markets and has helped companies manage through growth and turn-around situations. Glen has held senior finance positions at Transcom Worldwide SA, The Hospital for Sick Children, Saint Laurent Paperboard and Rexel.
He holds a B.Com. in Finance from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
He currently manages Revera’s portfolio of Assets in Canada, the US, and the UK, and oversees capital allocation, and asset management functions in the organization.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (BComm) from Ryerson University, with post-graduate studies in urban land economics.
Heather has more than 20 years of broad real estate and capital markets experience, including asset management, mergers and acquisitions, investments, capital raising, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Revera, Heather was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Groupe Sélection, where she spearheaded several strategic initiatives, including a significant corporate refinancing and the sale of a portfolio of seniors housing properties to Blackstone. Heather was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cominar REIT, where she oversaw the REIT’s corporate finance, financial reporting, investment, and financing activities, as well as being an integral part of setting corporate strategy. Prior to her corporate career, Heather led BMO Capital Market’s Canadian Real Estate Equity Research team and spent 15 years in various equity research and real estate investment banking roles.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and is a CFA Charter holder. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Minto Apartment REIT serving on the REIT’s Audit and Compensation, Governance and Nominating Committees.
A lawyer for nearly 20 years, Kim practiced law in the real estate group at Torys LLP prior to joining Revera. She holds an LLB and MBA from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Waterloo.
Earlier in his career JP was a management consultant focused on health system strategy, and he worked at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. JP graduated from Western University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
A values-driven team leader and mentor, Brooke’s more than 20 years of healthcare experience includes senior roles at LifeLabs, Cira Medical Services, and MediSys Corporate Health.
A proactive and results-oriented people leader, John is a true believer in teamwork and collaboration to deliver growth and an exceptional resident and employee experience. He is an avid public speaker who addresses large and small groups, and regularly coaches others on public speaking.
Prior to joining Revera, John held leadership roles with Chartwell and Schlegel Villages, and international leadership roles in the communications & technology sector in Asia Pacific, Europe & North America, including IBM. He has served on the Boards of the Ontario Retirement Communities Association, and the Ontario Long Term Care Association. John attended Herts University in England, where he studied in the Bachelor of Science program with a focus on electronics and manufacturing.
Joe has more than 20 years of progressive experience leading technology functions at various companies including, Moneris Solutions, AGF Investments, and CIBC.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Redlands and an MBA from the University of Wales.
Dr. Collins is a family physician with a certificate of added competence in Care of the Elderly from the College of Family Physicians of Canada. She is a graduate of the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine at McMaster University, where she is an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Family Medicine. She currently serves as Vice President of Ontario Long Term Care Clinicians, as well as the Chair of the Medical Director Course Committee and served a four-year term on the Board of Directors for Alzheimer Society Niagara. She is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration.
Wendy joined Revera in 2014, bringing her deep experience in leading private and public sector healthcare organizations. Prior to Revera, she served as Senior Vice President of Operations at CML Healthcare, and Vice President of Clinical Support Services at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
Wendy serves on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Long Term Care Association. She holds an MBA from the University of Alberta.
Prior to joining Revera in 2010, Mark worked in a broad range of Human Resource Management areas in multiple industry sectors, including transportation, financial services, and retail.
Mark is an active member of several industry panels and professional associations.
Thanesh is focused on aligning the strategic direction of Finance to support great operations. Originally drawn to Revera by personal experience supporting seniors, he believes having an operations and customer-centric perspective in decision-making supports both quality and performance, which ultimately benefits residents, employees and stakeholders.
Thanesh graduated from the University of Toronto’s Management Program and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) degree, Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designations, and has served on the Financial Liaison Committee of the Ontario Long Term Care Association.
